National Apprenticeship Week 2022: Employer Award winner announcement!

11th February 2022

National Apprenticeship Week takes place from the 7th-13th February 2022 and is designed to raise the profile of apprenticeships with both employers and learners. The theme is ‘Build the Future’ and aims to encourage everyone to consider how apprenticeships help individuals to build the skills required for a rewarding career.

We are thrilled to announce Aon as the winners of our Collaboration and Innovation Award and Marsh McLennan as our Early Careers Champion.

Carolyn Blunt, Davies Growth & Client Success Director commented:

“We’re thrilled to celebrate our national apprenticeship award winners, recognising Aon in collaboration and innovation and Marsh McLennan for their early careers and graduate programmes. Both employers have been instrumental in shaping industry thinking through the insurance sector apprenticeship taskforce and supported the credibility of apprenticeships as a pathway to achieve professional qualifications in insurance.

We look forward to working with them in the years ahead.”
